Parents and Families

Targeted support across homes,
schools, and workplaces. Parents and Families

Support that helps your child—and your family—
function better.

Navigating special education, behavior needs, and complex neurodivergent profiles can be exhausting. Our role is to help
families understand their options, clarify next steps, and design practical supports that actually work in daily life.

This support is designed for parents and caregivers who are:

Navigating IEPs, evaluations, or school-based services

Supporting children with autism, PDA profiles, or complex behavioral needs

Feeling overwhelmed by conflicting advice, unclear processes, or system barriers

Seeking collaboration rather than conflict with schools

How We Support Families

IEP REVIEW & ADVOCACY SUPPORT

We help families understand evaluations, IEP documents, and school recommendations so they can participate meaningfully in decision-making. This includes reviewing goals, services, accommodations, and placement considerations.

PDA-INFORMED CONSULTATION

For families supporting children with PDA or demand-avoidant profiles, we provide guidance grounded in nervous-system safety, autonomy, and relationship-based approaches, rather than compliance-driven models.

PARENT & CAREGIVER TRAINING

We offer coaching and education focused on understanding behavior, reducing escalation, and building sustainable routines and supports at home.

BEHAVIOR & HOME PROGRAM DESIGN

We design realistic home supports that align with your child's needs, your family's capacity, and school-based expectations to ensure consistency across environments. Homeschool support is also available for families learning outside traditional classroom settings.

What We Are

Collaborative, informed, and practical

Respectful of neurodivergence:
We approach behavior, learning, and communication through a strengths-based, neuro-affirming lens.

Centered on your child's needs and your family's reality

Grounded in special education law and compliance:
Guidance reflects IDEA, state rules, and procedural safeguards—without overwhelming legal jargon.

Supportive without taking over:
Our goal is to build your confidence and clarity so you can make informed decisions moving forward.

What We Are NOT

Not a legal service or a replacement for formal advocacy at due process

Not a therapy service for families/children experiencing crisis

Not a medical service for families/children who are seeking medical care or medical services

If you’re looking for clarity, direction, and practical support, we can start with a consultation or document review.

Research-based. Systems-focused. People first.
